Kenross Fireplaces do NOT accept return of unwanted products.
Buyers cannot return product(s) ordered that have been installed or the product(s) has been damaged through accident, neglect, misuse, unauthorised alteration or attempted repair.
Twelve Month Manufacturers Guarantee
All products purchased at Kenross Fireplaces come with a minimum twelve month manufacturer’s guarantee. Any claim brought by you under this guarantee is to be made directly to the manufacturer of the product, not Kenross Fireplaces.
Kenross Fireplaces Online accepts no liability under the manufacturers guarantee and gives no warranty in this respect.
In the case product(s) become faulty it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to repair or replace the product within the 12 month period.
Damaged or Inadequate Delivery
If product(s) we deliver are not in accordance to those specified in the order, are damaged or defective or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability unless the buyer notifies us within 48 hours of the delivery of the product(s) in question.
If a buyer notifies a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be to either:
Make good any shortage on non-delivery; or
Replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
Refund the payment for the product(s) in question in whatever way we chose.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem notified to us under this condition.
We shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation other than the refund to the amount paid by for the product(s) in question.
7. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver product(s) that have been ordered
One or more of the products ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we need to cancel an order, we will notify the buyer by email and will re-credit any sum deducted by us from the buyer’s credit card as soon as possible.
We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
